• Brooke wanted to let both venues be the focal point of the design, so the color palette was made to be neutral and elegant with nudes and whites.

• Chase wanted to rock a bolder suit, so a pop of blue was added.

How we did it:

• Organized couple’s personal details to be set aside and prepped for photographer

• Scheduled the day with extra time to capture the smaller details

How we did it:

• Hired a Tampa Trolley service to transport the bridal party in style

• Organized multiple stops from the church to the venue at the best photo spots

• Coordinated a New Orleans March entrance for when the bride + groom arrived, complete with fun umbrellas, napkins, and a band!

How we did it:

• Created a floor plan with accurate scaling to ensure all would fit in the space

• Worked with the venue, florist, and rental companies to set up and style the reception

• Worked closely with the band to keep the flow of the event seamless

• Assisted the baker and caterer with the flow of service

How we did it:

• Hired and coordinated a live painter to capture the First Dance (which the couple brought home!)

• Hired and coordinated a caricature artist to create personal pieces for the guests

• Ensured both sets of artists had the necessary supplies and set up

Taylor came highly recommended– she was extremely responsive and friendly. Once we met in person, and I saw how organized and detailed oriented she was (being a bit of an organizational freak myself,) I knew I made the right decision.

On the actual day, she took charge, and EVERYTHING went perfectly! We had a bunch of logistics to figure out with transporting guests, having our ceremony and reception in two different places, as well as having a second line. Taylor handled it all with ease.
