Building Caroline’s Dream Wedding

wedding design starts with a cohesive color palette

Wedding color palette

How we did it:

  • From Day 1, Caroline knew she wanted to switch it up and have her bridesmaids in white while she wore a soft grey gown (SWOON). So, we created a monochromatic design with all white and only hints of grey to continue the modern vibes.

  • To add a bit of glam, we chose a gold metallic for all metal accents.

Custom Invitation Suites

Stationery worth swooning over

How we did it:

  • Worked with a custom stationery designer to create invitations that matched the wedding’s modern style

  • Procured a custom illustration of the client’s venue to include in the invitation suite

  • Ensured all items were set aside on wedding day for the photographer to capture

The Star of the Show

How we did it:

  • Worked with the florist to create a dog collar with accents of flowers and greenery

  • Hired and coordinated a Wedding Pet Service to care for Ellie before and after the ceremony

  • Worked with the pet service to get the pup down that aisle!

A Chic Ceremony

Making Balloons Modern

How we did it:

  • Worked with a custom balloon designer to create the balloon arch of Caroline’s dreams

  • Balanced the “fun” of balloons with more romantic draping, lights, and candlelight

  • Blew up, handed out, and orchestrated the balloon throw as the couple walked past

A Love for Adventure

Making Guests Feel Like Part of the Journey

How we did it:

  • Organized the table numbers to be different countries the couple had visited vs the traditional “1,2,3…”

  • Created a seating chart on a map of the world with the heading “Where in the World are you Sitting?”

  • Assisted the client in procuring globes for each table

  • Worked with the florist to design and style greenery and candles around each globe

  • Procured romantic chargers, tables, and chairs to finish each place setting

Adding Some Fun

Details that make your guests smile

How we did it:

  • Hired a cigar roller and designed custom cigar stickers for the client’s wedding day

  • Procured match boxes with the saying “Let’s Get Lit”

  • Styled the trademarked “Our Adventure Book” from Pixar’s Up to be the guest book, complete with polaroid pictures

  • Styled the “Adventure Fund” bottle as part of the welcome display

Planning a wedding is no small feat. I would know, I'm in the wedding industry myself.

From beginning to end Taylor was not only extremely organized, responsive, and professional, but I want to get married all over again just so I can hang out with her and plan another wedding. That's how fun she made the entire process.

She really understands your vision and does everything in her power to make it happen while keeping your budget in mind.

My wedding was perfect because of Taylor, I'm obsessed with her and you will be too.
